Teams running a system AfterMachines built who want ongoing monitoring and one deliberate improvement each month. It is not required. Ongoing support is optional, and the delivered system must remain operable without a retainer.

What is excluded

  • Full new systems. A new workflow is a separate System Build.
  • Material scope expansion.
  • Third-party costs. Third-party API, hosting and software costs are separate and require your approval.
  • Guaranteed business results.

What you own

  • The delivered workflow, code, configuration, prompts, documentation and your data, with or without a retainer.
  • Production accounts and credentials remain under your control. AfterMachines uses least-privilege access and managed credential storage.
  • Your data is not used to train AI models.
