Privacy

We collect only what we need to run a call you booked: your name, your email and the time you pick. We don't sell it and we don't use advertising trackers.

When you book a call

You give us your name, your email and the time you pick. Your browser tells the page your time zone, so times show in your local time.

We also save the country your request came from, which Cloudflare tells us, any campaign tags in the link you used to reach us (such as utm_source), and the name of the website that sent you here (such as linkedin.com).

Before the booking is made, we check that your email address is well formed, that its domain can receive email, and that it isn't a disposable inbox. The domain check is a DNS lookup through Cloudflare. These checks stop fake and mistyped bookings.

Bot protection

The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is booking. It runs in the background without a puzzle. To do this, Cloudflare collects technical signals from your browser, as described in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Cloudflare also limits how many booking requests one network address can send in a short time.

Preparing for your call

Before the call, we may read your company's public website, based on your email domain, and use an AI model through OpenRouter to summarize it together with your booking details. The summary is for Nitin only. Booking details are also kept in a private spreadsheet so we can follow up.

Who handles your details

  • Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the security checks and visitor counts.
  • Cal.com stores the booking and sends the confirmation.
  • Google holds the calendar event, the Meet link, our email and the booking spreadsheet.
  • OpenRouter passes the details to the AI model that writes the call summary (currently Anthropic's Claude).

Each one processes your details only to provide its service to us. We don't sell or rent personal data.

Analytics and cookies

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or follow you across other sites. We don't use cookies for tracking or advertising. Your browser remembers your light or dark theme and your booking page time zone on your own device.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details while they are useful for the call and any follow-up, and delete them when you ask. Cal.com and Google also keep copies under their own policies.

Your choices

Email hello@aftermachines.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. To move or cancel a call, use the links in your invite.

Changes

If this changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
