How they fit together

  1. Free 30-minute workflow review. We look at one workflow, test fit and choose the right next step. You leave with one candidate workflow, a fit decision and a recommended next step.
  2. Diagnostic Sprint. The required starting point for paid work. $1,000 USD, fixed, paid before work begins. In 1-2 weeks with timely access you receive a workflow map, a baseline, an ROI case and a priority action plan. You may stop here and use the material with your own team or another vendor. The fee is not credited toward a Build.
  3. System Build. One agreed automation for one defined workflow with one primary business outcome. $2,500 USD per agreed automation, fixed, 50% before build and 50% after acceptance. Integrations, decision rules, failure paths and acceptance criteria are fixed in writing before build. Stabilization covers defects inside the agreed scope for 14 days after launch.
  4. Optimization Retainer. Optional after launch. $2,000 USD per month, billed in advance. The delivered system must remain operable without it.

Who each offer is for

AfterMachines works with founders, operations leaders, RevOps and marketing leaders, and agency or services owners. The shared situation: important work is trapped in repetitive, unreliable workflows, and the team cannot risk replacing it with fragile AI scripts.

  • Diagnostic Sprint for teams that want a written plan before any build money is committed, including teams that may run the plan with their own people or another vendor.
  • System Build for teams that have completed the Sprint and have chosen one workflow to automate against one primary business outcome.
  • Optimization Retainer for teams running a system AfterMachines built who want ongoing monitoring and one deliberate improvement each month.

What you own at the end

  • The delivered workflows, code, configuration, prompts, documentation and your data.
  • Production accounts and credentials remain under your control. AfterMachines uses least-privilege access and managed credential storage.
  • Your data is not used to train AI models.
  • AI handles variable analysis only where appropriate. Deterministic work uses rules. Ambiguous or high-consequence work routes to a person.
  • Third-party API, hosting and software costs are separate and require your approval.

The first step is free
